Seat By a River

From across the river  A chemical breeze The sound of humming cars bundled together  Float in and out of awareness  Like driftwood With a pinch of tinnitus  My hands are cold My arms are crossed  It’s too cold to keep sitting here Especially alone The icy river behind me Drifts slowly out of sight

  Sunset I saw the sun set Behind cloud-covered skies  Diffused light, dimmed down Anxiety  Some anxiety Disguised as sexual urge Converted to poem  Resentment Forgive everyone For they may be suffering too Maybe more than you Antwerp Curiosity  Curb your curiosity  You’re in Antwerp now The Hickey Underworld T.H.U are lame Do NOT ask me to explain They just are, okay?
